Our eco-friendly varieties of grapes - Baco Noir, Marquette, Frontenac Gris, and Itasca - are cold-hardy and pest-resistant. these particular grapes allow us to farm as naturally as possible without the use of conventional chemical spray.

We utilize a holistic approach to our grape production by employing cover crops, companion planting, and biochar. we recycle pressed skins, seeds and stems (Pomace) in our compost to encourage mineral nourishment and mulch for weed control and water conservation.

We aim to adopt a winemaking process that protects the environment and produces wines that are distinctive and delicious.
